I found this website on a humbug, looking for refurbished items for a decent price. I was iffy at 1st, but after doing proper research, i took a chance & trusted this site. 10/10 would recommend to anybody! communication (updates), shipment & delivery was fast! Both items came in pristine & safe condition, you can't even tell it's refurbished!! I'm so glad i tried my luck!! :)

I received my iPad in a timely manner, even before he scheduled arrival time!! The packaging was impeccable. The iPad looked brand new and it works efficiently!! I was shocked by the quality of this refurbished iPad!

This is my first tablet, having used iPhones and various laptops for many years. I knew a couple of specific uses it would come in handy for, but I decided to buy a reconditioned, older iPad from you before investing in a brand new one. I'm still on the learning curve using it (it's kinda like my "training wheels"). It's been a good entry for me.

This will be my go-to company for refurbished electronics going forward. Although you can't seem to call them the web site is outstanding. Devices are graded honestly and this is a company that does what it says on the site. I give Back Market my highest grade possible.

So far everything about the iPad seems to be as promised. It looks to be in perfect condition which is better than I was expecting and the charging cord that they sent works. I am not a fan of buying electronics online, especially not refurbished, but BackMarket is definitely worth a try!!

I ordered the “fair” condition- expecting some scuffs maybe a couple scratches. The device I got is damn near flawless. I have yet to find where it is considered “fair.” Fast shipping. Charger included. Can’t wait to get my case for it.

Came in perfect condition. Can’t even tell it’s refurbished! They included a charger too! I plan on buying more from back market!

Happy with the iPad so far. Much better than my old Amazon Fire tablet. One point about charging: Since it did not come with a charger, I started by using the one from my Fire. Since I keep it on constantly, I found that it would not fully charge and in fact discharged. I looked into it and learned that it needs a bigger charger, an Apple “power brick” or similar (20W). It would be good to know this. You should include recommendations and/or specs since you don’t provide the charger. They are quite cheap (2 for $6 from Amazon) so the best would be just to include one.

I never needed a new iPad and love the fact that these are refurbished or repurposed devices. So I support this movement.
