I could not be happier. I ordered an iPad Air 2 A1567 with 16GB of storage in Bronze condition. I received a nearly pristine 32GB version. The only flaws were some significant but small scratches around the charging port and some very minor and nearly unnoticeable scratches on the sides. The iPad came with a generic 10W charger and lightning cable, but I was surprised to receive a separate genuine Apple 12W charger in the mail the next day. The refurbisher even pre-applied a screen protector. I may have just gotten extra lucky and received a better product than I ordered for whatever reason, but I could not be happier.

This iPad I wasn't convinced of at first... Contacted tech support and in one or two texts my problem was resolved. This was a gift for my wife and she wasn't sure she wanted one... Now she loves it!!!!! This was an excellent iPad for the price and the service was over the top unbelievable!

I could not believe how easy it was to shop for a refurbished iPad for my grandson... that came with a warranty! Purchase was simple, shipping was super fast... I will definitely shop back market again!

The device came with a remote management lock on it. It is essentially useless without the remote management login information. This was either stolen or poorly refurbished item. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I purchased an IPad Air 2 graded good condition and the item was really in good condition. However when I made the order their description stated it was an unlocked device but when I received my IPad upon opening it to apply use to it the device showed it was locked to the Verizon carrier. And Wow I was so disappointed…However the Ipad was in very nice condition and clean just like new. I have never bought anything electronic used but for this option it would’ve been a great buy for me, but I had to return it. Overall experience was very easily taken care of with returning it and my refund came quickly. Their customer service is excellent and no hassle with anything at all. After my first experience with Back Market I will be recommending to others for electronics. Also again after this pleasant experience with their customer service I will be making some future orders for sure. Thanks Back
