Purchased an Ipad for my son and everything seemed to be great. But less than a year later and the screen is black and unresponsive and of course the 1 year warranty won't cover repair because I am honest and can't say for sure that it wasn't dropped at any point (he is responsible, but 9yo).
So I have a $400 paper weight.
Don't purchase anything without the extended warranty or its just not worth it is the lesson here I guess.
I am so disappointed with that market as a company. I wish I had never heard of you or used you or told anyone about you. This issue has been going on for almost 2 months. When I’ve told your people customer care people issues they don’t listen they don’t respond pr operly correctly. When they tell me that they sent PDF at the end of the email it isn’t there. Which delays sending your product back. Then the seller sent me a damaged replacement. Once again, no PDF to return that one. It’s been two weeks and not a second replacement from the seller. When I call and ask for a refund and tell them that the card I purchased, the original is no longer in use. The next day I received an email saying congratulations we refunded the money to your account. There isn’t an account. The card does not exist! How can you refund money to a card that isn’t in existence? This has been a total nightmare. Almost 2 months trying to replace. It has been an absolute nightmare. Also, some of your customer care representatives do not speak clear English. It’s very hard to understand them and when you’re already frustrated with the situation, it makes it even worse.
