iPad came earlier than anticipated! It works great. As expected with refurbished items, there were a few scratches but it is in great condition! Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something that won’t break the bank !

The condition of this device is really great the only thing is there is a few light scratches on the screen other than that everything is great. iPad powers on and turns off without any problems. I would recommend checking out a refurbished tablet or iPad from BackMarket as they have really great deals and have very reasonable prices for the devices that they sell. Overall my recent order meets my expectations and I have no complaints

I never heard of Back Market so I was hesitant at first about buying my iPad here, needless to say it came in excellent condition and I absolutely love it! I did have trouble signing it at first because there was a small glitch on the language screen, but once I got past that, I haven’t had any issues. I got the green iPad Air 2020 and it’s great. Highly recommend buying here rather than Amazon or eBay.

Purchased the iPad Air 2019 (3rd Gen) and it is amazing. I bought it replace a older iPad Mini 4 that was finally a slow death. The Air is a great little piece of technology. Perfect size to slide into my laptop bag as well, and I can use it to take notes, surf the internet, and watch YouTube videos. I will definitely be coming back to Back Market for bargains like this one. I did not get any accessories for it, but maybe later I'll get an Apple Pen to make taking notes easier.

I love this iPad. I’ve always wanted an iPad for myself but I couldn’t afford to get one on my cellular plan because my son already had a 9th gen iPad on our plan. I decided to buy mine refurbished and not get the cellular version to save money. Back market was exactly what I needed. I could color and watch shows on this for hours. I love it so much. The color is a little faded on the back and there were a few light scratches on the screen but it works perfect and it’s just what I needed for my classes in the fall. It felt nice to finally do something for myself and not break the bank or sacrifice what we can afford for our son. The battery life also seems to be okay. Id say I can get about 8 hours of use out of it before it gets to like 30% battery. Back market is such a great option for moms like myself who want to do something nice for themselves. Thank you!

I mostly forget that I bought it refurbished because it was perfection (so glad I went for the premium option)! It's a beautiful color, perfect size screen for me, and exactly what I wanted. I only wish it came with a charger 😂

it’s been great, fully functional, very quickly shipped, and in great condition… except for a visible scratch underneath the glass on the top right bezel. it was labeled excellent and it really and truly is, but it also seemed like something that totally would have been noticed during refurbishing. i got it for cheaper so it doesn’t seem right to take a star off for it, but definitely worth noting.
