This is the Second item I’ve purchased through Backmarket & both items are awesome. Latest is an IPad Air with WlFi & Cellular. I love it! I wish my two flip phones purchased from Samsung worked as well. I’ve had no problems with the Apple Watch I bought about two years ago, or the new IPad. Both arrived in pristine shape and are performing perfectly. Delivery of my new IPad ( the fourth IPad I’ve owned; second one with cellular) was a bit earlier than expected and tracking kept me continually informed me of when it would arrive. Packaging was great - well protected & Ipad is awesome - having the cellular connection is wonderful. I was looking at a similar IPad in a Big Box store that was $900. more with little difference in function, age, and capacity. The IPad is my best purchase this year. Glad I didn’t buy at Big Box. I think refurb is actually better than some Big Box purchases as Back Market items are individually tested prior to coming directly to me and not mishandled by other shoppers before it’s sent. Delivery was super fast and the IPad is in fact excellent quality! I love Back Market and recommend buying renewed electronics to all my friends

There were slight scratches on the back logo, but the screen was perfect. One of the four speakers were dirty, but everything else about the iPad was perfect, other than nit-picks.

So far so good. I was a little skeptical based on some reviews I've read, but the product looks great and functions great.

I’m truly disappointed this iPad I paid almost 500$ and not only did it charge super slow but it was a gift for a loved one and it didn’t even connect to the internet. As wireless consultant in a Verizon store it’s insane to me how someone could sell a device they didn’t even try to check if everything worked correctly… this company needs to do better
