I am so glad I decided to go with Back Market's refurbished iPad. I had an identical one that had a hardware issue and couldn't be repaired, and I had just purchased a new keyboard for it. So...new keyboard and broken iPad. If I bought new, I would need to purchase both again. since the keyboard didn't fit new models. Then I found Back Porch and saved myself a thousand bucks. I was shocked at the quality of the iPad when it arrived...looks brand new...and works with my keyboard. If you are hesitant to go with Back Market, I say "go for it."

My wife is very happy with her iPad. It arrived and it works great. The charger it came with already broke, so I would purchase a better one for it. We will definitely buy all our electronics from BackMarket. Excellent deals and they ship very quickly.

Other than a couple deep scuff marks on the screen the device is basically perfect. I wish the condition issues were on the body rather than the screen, but that can’t really be helped. I got this as a Christmas present for my mom, and she absolutely adores it. Shipping was faster than expected, it arrived just in time for Christmas. This ipad is fantastic! I got the "Fair" level and it came it without a scratch or dent. The ipad itself works fantastically and I'm just overall so satisfied with this purchase. And shipping was phenomenal. I got it in legit 2 days after placing my order. This is the second item I've bought from Back Market and I will continue coming back!

Purchased this excellent iPad and arrived in excellent condition! No scratches, no iCloud lock, an easy set up with my cellular carrier ! The ipad is only for my media such as videos, music, and movies. Checked the battery health through apply analytics and battery health is at 97% which is amazing! Will definitely recommend this seller to my family and friends.

I was actually really surprised by how smooth the order and delivery was. The waulity of the product was also great besides it being a little dirty. No really scratches or damage anyway. Screen and frame was surprisingly flawless. I would definitely order other items in the future.
