I’m so in love! I originally had the very first iPad Pro (2015) model, so I was in desperate need of an upgrade. The difference between my old one and this one is like night and day. It came very well packaged to make sure it got to me safely, and even still has a screen protector on it (even through I had already bought some for it!)

I purchased an iPad 11 pro (2020) and I just want to say… 🤌🏽 a month later and me trying to find at least one flaw; I was unsuccessful . Thank you for your services , you have a loyal customer now 👏🏽!!!.

This has been a nightmare since day 1 I originally ordered a silver ipad in excellent condition and received a space gray ipad in fair condition. I didn’t mind the color at first because from an exterior perspective it was clean without scratches, but internally this thing is a nightmare the battery goes from 100% to 27% in less than 20 minutes

First and foremost, I ordered an Ipad with the condition "Good." When it arrived I was disappointed to see that it barely had any protection. Just a small bag of small bubble wrap around it. There were no visible scratches or anything. When I turned it on I noticed there were some dead pixels which I was fine with because I don't really care. Literally 20 minutes into setting up the Ipad it started bugging out. The screen turned pink and the screen froze. I wouldn't even list this product under fair. It's unusable lol. I have yet to see how the return/refund process goes as this is my first experience with Back Market.

It’s been 7-8 months since I bought my iPad Pro. It was a hard decision, but it was a good one! I love this iPad! It has all the features and storage that I need.

Really easy and smooth transaction. iPad Pro 11 arrived quickly and so far so good!

iPad works wonderfully! Only slight complaint is that there are a couple of dents on one corner, one of which is quite visible, but the screen, camera, the rest of the body are in perfect condition. Will continue to be a returning customer :)
