first & foremost, AMAZING experience. i ordered a “good” device and it came in essentially flawless (super minor scuffs on the body). at first i was skeptical to buy a refurbished device not directly from apple, but honestly, i’m never going back to apple refurbished after trying back market. delivery was super fast. couldn’t ask for anything more 🙏

Fantastic device, almost like a mini laptop and so powerful I’m loving this iPad Pro 5th Generation. It’s been about 10 years since I bought an iPad and this one definitely is the definitive experience

this was the best purchase ever. the iPad pro I bought was in excellent condition and yes there are a few minor things that I need help with like connecting I message. but that's gotten taken care of. this iPad is amazing no problems or issues yet other than the I message issue. but definitely recommend I can't wait to buy other things off of here thank you back market you exceeded my expectations and I'm happy I bought this iPad

the ipad is very good, i only ordered fair and it came in perfect condition! for a refurbished ipad this is pretty sick, it does get a bit hot when im playing roblox(dont judge me), but overall very good im never second guessing back market again guys. im buying all my shit here forever lmao

Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

Great experience, I was need a newer ipad that was larger. Super satisfied with purchase, delivery, and activation. I have bought from Walmart and Amazon and have had to return their devices. I will be sharing this as an option to others! I need this for school to take notes. I use good notes, also pinterest and Reddit absolutely popp on this device. My generic pen totally works with it.

Truly a wonderful buy and worth the money. It had little to no damage on it and could instantly start using it when I turned it on. Would definitely recommend getting one of your on the fence of getting a new one from apple.

Honestly I love my iPad. I ordered “fair” condition and its look almost flawless. It has a scuff at the bottom left corner but its so small and im going to have a case on anyway. The screen is perfect and the back is perfect. Great iPad if you’re looking for something budget friendly😊

Really a terrific machine. My first iPad so it take a bit of patience as it’s replacing a Mac. The screen is really fantastic. Same with the speed. There are loads of tips and training to get familiar with the operating system and settings. I’m very happy with the transaction and saved 30% off the retail price.
