I have been searching this site for a phone for a while, but I couldn’t pull the plug on whether or not to purchase a refurbished phone. I am super happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was exactly as described and works and looks amazing. Backmarket didn’t disappoint! Will be purchasing from them again.

I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

I was a little hesitant buying anything on BackMarket after reading some online reviews, but I needed a new phone immediately because the charging port on my old iPhone 12 Pro was broken and the battery degraded. I wanted to upgrade to and decided to take a risk and buy it. I'm glad I did because when I opened the box to see my new iPhone 15 Pro Max, it was in excellent cosmetic condition. No scratches, scuffs, marks, dents, the screen crystal clear and the battery was 100%. I got it checked out by Apple and everything was in working order and I haven't had any issues in the 2 weeks since I've had it.

I was worried it might be a scam, but it turned out to be a real deal. Back Market is a reliable source for refurbished phones. They responded quickly and professionally. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pre-owned phones. I got a used iPhone 15 Pro Max for my daughter from back market, I won't feel so back if she broke it or lose it.

First time ordering from company. They sent me the wrong color. I ordered the white & received blue. At least everthibg else was right like phone size & storage. I don't really like the hassle of returns, so not gonna bother with it over a wrong color. I ordered the cheapest one which was the acceptable one. It has 2 small scratches on the screen and the sides were a little dirty. It was to be expected for the cheapest choice. The battery health was at 92% which was above expectations. Only has the phone a day, but so far so good. I'm happy the company offers a one year warranty for all the refurbished electronics.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max is such a complicated instrument that I still don’t know many of its features. I am an adept user of YouTube and I’m learning things daily. But the phone is in beautiful like new condition. A great deal.
