I received the phone in great condition (with perfect battery life). Initially I had trouble with the postage but that was due to an error from FedEx and not the seller. Even through that situation the seller was extremely helpful offering alternatives before the phone showed up a few days after it had said delivered. Would definitely recommend.

It’s appearance and performance work like a new phone. The shipping was delayed by three days of ETD, but seems to have been missed transfer points on the UPS side. Back Market was prompt on sending emails concerning the delivery.

I took the excellent quality The phone came to me clean, A screen protector with a litle bit of scratches, 100% Batteries. It was really perfect tho, yesterday i was working on it, i had like 35% Batteries amd it automatically closed, i tho my Batteries was dead, when i open i still had 35%.

Phone is great, running great, looks great, easy to setup, affordable, got my rebate in a week after receiving the phone and sending l my old one in. Second item i brought from back market in the last six years and they still run like new. Just wish charger box comes with the cable

Phone arrived quickly in mint condition. Included a charger. Battery at 100% and 0 cycle counts. Practically new condition. Have had no issues with it so far. Extremely pleased with my purchase and the experience.

I love this phone is a big major difference from the iPhone 12 Pro that I had especially the battery life I’m very happy and satisfied with the iPhone 16 Pro so worth it 👌🏽

Second iPhone I ever had. Was debating switching to Android. Phone came in perfect condition. Was basically new when I got it. And backmarket made everything easy. I’ve used this site for my mom’s iPhone SE and honestly both experiences were so positive and so easy. I will say, my 16 pro did ship with a USB A to C chord which was odd, but it worked to my benefit as a great Apple CarPlay cable since my other usb c chord wasn’t working with it.

I love the phone everything is perfect. I just wish I had been able to get an otter box for protection with you guys. Waiting on Amazon to deliver for 2 weeks now.

I like my "new" phone! It sometimes gets a little buggy with typing or talk-to-text, but my old phone did this too.
