Back market was awesome. Had to make a return because the phone was for my daughter who likes to listen to music that it was just so old the battery only lasted 1.5 to 2 hrs. It also was going down in battery life while charging at times. Back market made it easy to return.

I purchased 2 of these for my smaller kids , they work great and look great , no issues , delivery is so fast and informative as well . My go to site for phones ! The price is unmatched, I went to a cell phone store and omg the prices were insane for 1 , thnx to Backmarket I was able to purchase two for not even half the price of one new phone that was not unlocked which I had to pay extra fees for and get a service line , which I didn’t need . So I Couldn’t be happier , thank you !

It came very well package it work very good and fine,, it work to good for that price the only thing is it gets a lil hot when u play on it while it’s charging but over all this was a 10/10 definitely recommend y’all to Order off back market i love this app so much,, and yea 😝😘 it’s supposed to be fair but it came excellent likeeee.

For the most part the overall product is in good conditions. It’s getting the job done being the fact that my old phone completely crashed on me. The only reasons I didn’t rate 5 stars are because I first was having issues with the device reading the SIM card. Got that resolved but now I’m dealing with an overheating battery. That’s the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5

Ordered My Kids Some IPhone 7s For Christmas. I Selected The Fair Condition And They Were Close To New No Scratches No Problems. Shipping Updates Were Very Helpful And 1 Day Early.

I got the phone for my 4 year old & it’s perfect ! She loves it. The only thing I can say, I wish the battery life was a little better. Im not sure if that was shown when I purchased but thats been the only downfall, it not keeping charge.

Have purchased 3 iPhones from Back Market over the years; starting with i4 then upgrading to i7. The latest, another i7 in new like condition, is the right size for me. So much value in an 8 year old model I thought it was at black market pricing; the same as I felt with the i4 purchase. Can't recommend more highly.
