Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.

The iPhone 8 I recently purchased seems so far a great gift thank you customer service for the detailed tracking information it came on time in good secure packaging and is working as brand new with no problems

There’s no other company in the world that i trust more than backmarket to get me a decent apple product at a decent price. I never use to shop refurbished but this site is top tier. Everytime I order my product is always in perfect condition no matter if I order excellent or good. I will forever be a customer.

I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!

Look I'm skeptical of buying used electronics, refurbished, whatever you want to call it electronics online. I love Apple products because of their reliability as a product. I have been needing to watch my money much more closely recently and I looked at Facebook marketplace full of scams after scams. I forget how I came across back market but after thorough research i felt comfortable enough to take a risk and purchase a unlocked iPhone 8. I ordered the one in good condition on a Thursday, my iPhone came in the mail by Saturday that weekend. phone looked clean not much wear and tear at all. first thing I checked when I turned the phone on was the battery health. to my surprise the battery health was at 100% that was awesome being that an iPhone 8 is a older iPhone. I am already planning to buy again from Back Market. Yall rock.

I opted for the Premium tier for the longest battery life and it's not quite what I had hoped for. Pretty good. Good price. Happy to use a refurbished phone.

Hey Backmarket this Tyjea I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to because why not y’all are the best and I want to continue to work with you guys, I just wanna say I love my iPhone 8 Plus 256gbs space gray iPhone for one the iPhone came with a screen protector which is a plus for me even though I brought some screen protectors and cases for my iPhone 8 Plus. I can download so many apps and use this phone for content creation which is why I love it. The only thing I am sad about is I can’t get the new iOS 18 update on here but ima try and see what I can do. But overall I love my iPhone I love my phone so much one more more thing I am mad about before I purchase this iPhone 8 Plus they said this phone was unlocked but when I got the phone they try to say it’s locked meaning I can’t get this iPhone 8 Plus on which I am sad about. When people are purchasing these phones or iPads, laptops, MacBooks, or any other devices make sure they are unlocked for sure because we buying from you GUYS for a reason thank you so much hopefully in the future I can partner up with you GUYS LOVE YALL🥹❤️

The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.

It seems to look and operate perfectly! That’s why I buy my refurbished phones from BackMarket. My phones are always exactly as they say they are, and the prices are better than anywhere I’ve found. Thank you once again!
