I have been searching this site for a phone for a while, but I couldn’t pull the plug on whether or not to purchase a refurbished phone. I am super happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was exactly as described and works and looks amazing. Backmarket didn’t disappoint! Will be purchasing from them again.

pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!

I was hesitant with purchasing a refurbished unlocked phone but once I received it no damage looked great! And it was able to activate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend and buy from here again!

Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. I just want to say THANK YOU to the seller!!!!! I’ve been shopping around doing research on refurbished phones. This is the place to go!!! I bought 2 iphone13. One from another seller since my son wanted a different color. They have 4 options when choosing a device. Fair, good, excellent and premium. I ordered in good condition and received it in EXCELLENT condition!! Arrived in 2 days. There were no flaws that I could physically see. Hopefully internally is just as good. I will be getting my upgrades from here on out instead of paying full price for a brand new one.

Phone came like it was brand NEW! No scratches no nothing! Came with a brand new charger and box, and when I checked the battery capacity it’s at 100% with only ever being charged 3 times ever. Had my doubts because it refurbished and it’s a gift for someone but I definitely recommend buying from here! Not to mention shipping was free and it came in two days!

This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I ordered this because the IPhone 7 was my first phone and I locked myself out of my old one so I bought this one for a backup and nostalgic reasons. There were slight scratches on the phone but I wasn’t mad at that because I was expecting that. The sound and graphics quality were impeccable. And I also customised the background and homepage. So if I could rate it 10/5 I would but I can’t, so yeah a 10/5 for me
