It works manually by pushing the clean button on the unit. But it will not work nor communicate through the iRobot app. I tried all the recommended work around to no avail.

No issues at all. For the past 3 weeks, we've been using the Roomba 5 days a week to clean 75% of our 2400sf home. We have an Australian shepherd so there's always fur everywhere...until now. The roomba mapped the house and I set the cleaning routine without issues. The i7+ has exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with the purchase.

The item (Roomba i6+) received was filthy and with a full bag of dog hair and waste. It was supposed to be in “excellent condition, but it probably was illegal to ship this package in the first place, merely due to the terrible smell from it. Opening up the package was the start of an ordeal that had me in an allergic reaction as well as needing a deep clean of my apartment. The smell and overall condition of the unit has my small one bedroom unit being almost unlivable. Again, how was this allowed to be shipped?? I’ve purchased an Apple Watch and laptop from here before without any problems, but this most recent purchase was the grossest thing I’ve ever had in my apartment. I’m a 28 year old guy too so that’s saying something. I am hoping backmarket responds soon so I can get rid of this. It’s already been double bagged to stop the smell, I’m just not sure if I need to send it back to them or what. Please reply soon..

I took a chance with this item but surprisingly my wife is completely satisfied. The vac is very accurate and gets up dirt and dust very well. I’ll recommend this particular robot vac to anyone that doesn’t like sweeping, cleans with good quality.

Works really well. Set it up to automatically start overnight and wake up to clean floors.

It doesn’t clean the way I expected! It goes all over the place and cleaned sporadically led rather do it myself once and really clean the area! I want a return label sent out so I can return it ! Sorry
