Pleased with customer service and transaction. Received item in good working order, etc. The Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds sound great and function properly, but the noise cancellation is not great, and the battery life is less than I desired, using 90 percent of a charge in about 3.5 hours.

A little rough around the edges, but they work well. Great bluetooth range, sound quality, and battery life. I would have been happier to have the small earbud tips but I never specified, so that's on me.

My Jabra AIRPODS are working great like NEW ones ! I plan to purchase refurbished items before considering new retail purchases . Thank you for your service !

Excellent product so far, and this was a good option to replace the first pair that I got at BestBuy for full price. I lost one earbud a month later, so it's good to be able to get a similar product for a reasonable price.

Everything works, and little to no scuffs on earphones and they sound great. Only problem is that they aren't black like the description. Only the bottom portion of them are black, but not the face of the earbuds.

Great quality headphones, great condition. It’s a learning curve to remember functions — which earbud to press how many times, etc. but I’m getting the hang of it.

Nice earbuds. Sound is comparable to new. Minor cosmetic scratches, but nothing major. Shipping was fast.......buying was secure. I would definitely buy again.
