The Lenovo laptop is awesome….while plugged in. We expected the computer to be in ”very good” working condition as per its description. One assumes that includes a fully functioning NEW battery installed, especially after purchasing the 24 month warranty. This was a laptop intended for my college bound high school student. I am taking the laptop to a different and trustworthy vendor for a new battery. We don’t have time at the end of the school year to send it to Back Market and wait two weeks for its return with a new battery install. Very disappointed in this Back Market vendor.

3rd purchase from back market, 1st that wasn’t a phone. I ordered a laptop, and while back market is easy to deal with, the seller is not. Laptop arrived without windows fully installed, customer support from seller is basically non existent
