I needed a laptop but was on a tight budget, so I took a chance on this refurbished Lenovo, and I am glad that I did. All in, with a 2-year warranty, I paid less than $300.00 for what is essentially a brand-new laptop. Cosmetically, there is no indication that this machine has been used, and it works flawlessly. Also, it shipped shockingly quick. I ordered just prior to Christmas, with no expectation that it would arrive prior to the holiday, and it arrived within 2-days. Definitely a great first experience with BackMarket!

Awesome laptop, very speedy, thin and reliable so far. Great price for what I got. I do eventually plan to upgrade the ssd as 256gb isn’t a lot of space but that’s not a high priority as I do have an SD card for additional storage.

It’s been less than a week and I have to return the device. This is a major, inconvenience I am without a laptop. I was under the impression that the devices were refurbished before being sent out. Very disappointed in this app.

I have had three different experiences with Backmarket. This being my third purchase. The first was an iPhone and it went great. The second, a Lenovo laptop, not so great. Wrong amount of RAM in the item i received. This is the third experience and by far the worst. Wrong year, wrong condition, and a terrible toxic smell when I opened it. I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like people should know to make the most informed decision.
