I just love my LG Gram 16 - 16T90P... I use it in my marketing biz and it runs everything from Photoshop, to my marketing software perfectly! ...and I have multiple browser profiles with 50 tabs each! #YouSoNinja YouSo.ninja

The laptop came very fast, and in excellent condition (as promised). I'm still surprised anyone had resold the device (I don't think it was ever used). I'd definitely recommend Back Market for technology needs.

I love everything about it so far! Some of the LG software was only available after a while. I fixed it by going to the website and downloading the update center. After installing the updates, the computer worked precisely as I had hoped.

Shipping was delayed, but it's not the fault of the company. Computer is in good condition, battery at 94% of original capacity, well above their guaranteed 85%. The LG gram is a well designed device, excellent in every way except for frame stiffness.

I am so happy with this laptop. I missed the fact that it wasn't a touchscreen, but that is by no means crucial, just a change from my previous one. Battery life is absolutely wonderful. I can document all day long and only charge the battery 1x. It's lightweight, and arrived in superb condition. Per the feedback out there in reviews, the speakers are a little tinny, but I use headphones most of the time so it works just fine. Super happy with my purchase and recommend Back Market to anyone.

So far I am thrilled with it- and the customer care! Shipping was speedy and updates provided consistently in a cute way. I am still in setup mode, and I hope in the long run as I use it it will maintain its excellence. The actual machine is nice, with a very comfortable and clear keyboard; it's very light, which is a nice change from my 17" HP laptop; and so far it's functioning great. It was packaged nicely and with care. As of now- big thumbs up!
