Im so unbelievably happy with this computer. Its an audio production power house. I was able to upgrade to 12 core xeon, 128gb ram, 4tb nvme, for less than $600 including the mac pro. All my plugins and software are still supported on these older versions of OSX. So im ready to rock for less then a 1/10th of the price of a new mac studio or mac pro.

It was great but then an OS update took out some usb devices and ports so I had to wipe and go backwards on the update other than that it’s been pretty good. I know it’s not the refurbisher fault just was annoying as I use this for recording music and live per

Bought this Mac Pro Late 2013 for a specific purpose - and this machine fits the bill. Back Market sent me a machine in excellent condition. The only marks on the outside were some kind of smudges on the fan in the top. The cylinder itself was pristine. Opening up the box, the machine was dust free. Back Market even through in a wired keyboard and mouse. Always good to have a usb keyboard / mouse set when tinkering with a machine. The machine itself is fast and reliable. The reason I wanted this model is the support for three monitors... two Thunderbolt 2 (with a miniDP to a modern DP connection) and one HDMI. I have an Ultrawide QHD on one Thunderbolt Bus, plans for a 4K 16:9 on the other and the HDMI into a TV at lower Hz refresh. A++ To Back Market for the buying experience and A+ to price on these making these old Macs now perfect for a special projects machines.

So far so good! I was initially concerned about the lack of packaging around the unit. a single wrap of thin bubble wrap. Upon start up the fan raced, and sure enough the mezzanine connectors on the graphics panel had come loose. I pressed them back into position and the unit booted fine. It has been performing well since then.

So far, so good! The only issue I had was the audio input jack wasn't working. I reset everything, etc., but still it was dead. To solve the problem I ended up getting a USB audio input that good a 1/8" jack, so the sound card wasn't the problem. Other than that I'm satisfied, and hoping to at least get the warranty period out of the thing. I'm running 2 monitors with it, with no problem. I also added 128 gigs of DRAM and it's super fast.

Great experience from the seller. But note ... when you get 10 year old tech, just realize it was sitting on the shelf for a reason. My Mac Pro was supposedly unopened and new, but there were a few issues with setup ( the accessibility options were turned on, eg ) which lead me to believe that someone unboxed this and got the machine into a bad state. No huge deal - perseverance and learning the accessibility keys got me through setup and onwards to a working machine. At any rate, back market ... great service, great communications, great experience.

Love the mac pro. It arrived earlier than expected. Well packed and working as expected. The payment plan came in handy. Will buy again from back market.

I was impressed; the Mac Pro computer was delivered as promised and for a fraction of the cost if I bought it a year or two ago.

Ran across back market towards the end of 21, have purchased 4-5 systems and they are always excellent. Always recommend back market to everyone. No visible damage or scratches that I have seen. It's just so darn Pretty.
