Very happy with my purchase. Tablet works great and I can accomplish what I need to do with it. My Mom purchased a Ipad 5+ years ago and it still works and that's why I decided to order a tablet from BackMarket.

Not bad at all amazing condition and it works like a charm my only downside for this device is the Bluetooth doesn’t connect with my car how ever I can use the headphone jack out to get audio out of it. Other than that it’s so nice I’m loving it. I will definitely comeback to Backmarket when I need another surface pro tablet.

I had never heard of Back Market, but on the advice of a friend I gave it a try. I am sorry I didn't know of them sooner. My Surface Pro looks like it came from the factory and functions that way. I did not need the cost or power of a new tablet so this one filled the bill. As far as the tablet goes, I love it! It does what I want as well as an ipad, and plays happily with the Windows ecosystem which is just what I wanted.

The tablet is working great. I couldn't have asked for better deal. I recommend Back market to anyone look for pre- used gadgets.

The computer came with no QWERTY (different from the listing) and with a wrong charger cable (type C instead of the correct one). As I had to send this as a gift to another country, I had to buy a new cable on Amazon to get this in the next day.

I already have a Surface Pro 6 (cracked screen) of which you wouldn’t take as a trade in. 🙁 The Surface Pro 6 I received from you, the touch screen does not work properly. I may get the first “click” to work and then no more. Luckily, I already have a “pen” that I am able to use.

Well I'm happy I got my computer but I am very disappointed with the "excellent" condition I paid for. There are so many scratches to the body of this unit and paint missing. There is even parts on the back that appear to have just been painted over to hide some damage. I am very unhappy about the condition of this but shipping was fast and the process was easy. I don't know if I will trust using this site again.

I love it. Had a few problems signing in but overall it’s so good. Smooth and sufficient on the go PC/Tablet.
