The package arrived by UPS Totally damaged! It looks like they threw the box in the back of the truck and let it fall ten times resulting in terrible damage to the product. The product was also shipped with a thin layer of bubble wrap around the microwave offering no protection at all to the product! Very disappointed with UPS for being so irresponsible.
