Phone came in perfect condition well that’s what I thought I’d call it almost perfect the microphone didn’t detect any sound so google assistant was useless and so were the audio messages system due to mic problems would I give it another chance yes most definitely the switch to this phone from my iPhone 12 was just extraordinarily amazing great experience on the other side the grass really is greener on the other side

It was not unlocked. It was locked to ATT. I went to Verizon and they gave me a $800 credit toward a new Samsung Flex6 and a Samsung tablet to boot. The Samsung phone is superior as the frame is made of aluminum whereas the Motorola had a plastic frame. I love my flex phone and many people who have seen it said they want to get one.

The service/mailing went real well. Was disappointed no manual or even a quick guide came with the phone. The phone is extremely slippery. You must have a good grip or you lose it. If you set it down on almost any surface, it will slide off.

Good price, it took time for Verizon to activated but after that it's great, battery last just as short as any other smartphone It's fast enough, I love the way it looks The camera is not the best and might not be good for games, I don't need that therefore I give it a 9 out of 10

Well I haven't got to use it yet,it's complicated,I'm on safe link which verison bought out I understand,long story short I need the verison Locke taken off,hopefully in the next few days,I wish I would have bought the s22 instead ,but cool I hope it can be taken care of,this stupid phone that I use now just cannot keep up and it heats up real bad,pretty much struggling now,I would really like to send it back and purchase an s22 even paying more .let me know please.

Worked flawlessly right out of the box with brand new mint condition screens. Case had a few scratches here and there, but if you get through life without a few scars then you aren't truly living. Cost savings were incredible - my first buy from BackMarket, will shop them exclusively from now on.

You guys did a great job of getting it to me it's just the model that Motorola designed I was I was spoiled by the Motorola g power it had three days worth of power the Motorola razor when it's fully charged has 15 hours of power I remember the old moral razor you had two days with the power when you charge stuff you seem like it never run down I guess I'm just old

It shipped fast, the phone is in great quality with no obvious damage, the phone itself is really nice. The one issue I have is that it doesn’t seem to actually be a 5G model? That may be user error though, but the About section in the settings reports just Motorola Razr 2020, nothing about 5G, and it doesn’t seem to be picking up the 5G that my wife’s phone can (same network). All in all, totally serviceable phone, fast and well packaged shipping, I would totally order again.
