Love it, runs fast and smooth. Unfortunately the MSI Center application keeps failing to run, however, the laptop runs fine without it. Very happy with my purchase, arrived fast and in great packaging. Highly recommend seller!

Laptop was packed amazingly, bubble wrap sleeve for the laptop and a thick outer layer of normal bubble wrap so the laptop would not move. Was actually hard to remove the laptop out from its padding that good, I don’t know if this is something I just missed but I would have loved a air compressor blow on the laptop before being sent it had weird yellow chunks at the bottom like a crusty almost yellow chunks and some stuff in the keyboard not a deal breaker but if you have to things or allergies I would suggest having a loved one open up your package and clean it for you to avoid a problem other then that the laptop is in great condition and works well.

This laptop was originally 2,000 back in the day. I was curious what I was going to get given everything, the fact that this was 500 and the condition was merely labeled as "fair". What I got was a laptop in PERFECT condition. Judging from left over steam files, the person who had it played nothing but an NBK game on it lol, before sending it in. Many such cases for casuals. There was a super small knick in the body that I only just now noticed. Otherwise, this thing is literally, in every way, completely brand new and has just been given a healthy polish and likely some new thermal paste I'm guessing, since I can tell it has been opened and what not. Either way, this is the best purchase I've undertaken in at least 5 years. I am never buying anything new again, I'm a back market loyal fan for now on.

The quality of the laptop itself is great; however, the charger that came with it cannot keep up with the power draw from it while gaming. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement charger, however, the replacement doesn't even fit. Now, they are only offering me to return the computer completely, or receive a 50% refund for the price of a charger which they will determine. So not I have to buy a $150 charger separately from my computer. Definitely will make me hesitate from using a refurbish or resale service in the future.

There's no damage or ware, definitely in excellent cosmetic condition. But software wise.... I'm not sure. First off. I'm switching from a nitro 5 of the same screen size. And this computer is newer with a better gpu and more memory and a slightly better processor... but it's STILL so much slower some how! Just opening Firefox or swirling the pointer around the screen, there are huge delays and processing skips. And that should not be happening... As well as, this laptop is 100 percent smaller than the nitro of the same "supposed" size.... I honestly believe they sold me the 15 inch katana and said it was the 17 inch... I literally need to go to Walmart to get a ruler, but I will be checking and sending it back if it is. As well as, if I can't get the processing glitches to stop I'll be sending it back.

I received the MSI GF63 in great condition! It was plug and play right out of the box. The specs on this machine run my modded Skyrim, Enderal, modded Fallout 4, modded Fallout New Vegas, Divinity Original Sin 2, Dragon’s Dogma, Outerworlds, Baldur’s Gate 3, and other Steam, Origin, and GoG games without issue at high or ultra quality with almost no screen tear at all. For the price that I got this machine for I’m extremely happy with the result! The service and flexibility that I received from Greg was outstanding. He was quick to reply to any questions or concerns that I had. I purchased this laptop on a budget because I needed a laptop for a big move across the country. The price still allowed me to comfortable get moved and have a computer for my professional needs without sacrificing on the ability to game and mod my games. Thank you.
