Amazing. Came in box, good condition, worked, no scratches on lenses very good condition.

I would place this rating at around 4.5 stars if I could. The product works great as expected, and the quality was very good. I’ve had no issues with anything about the system itself. The facial interface seemed to suffer from the very common problem in that it did not like to stay at any of the distance preset. As soon as the product applies pressure on your face the mechanism fails. This wasn’t a problem for me as the closest setting was my preference anyway. I was already planning to upgrade the stock head strap and face pad anyway so I’m really happy with the price and quality of the quest 3 I ordered.

Feels brand new tbh, never had nice stuff like THIS before, but since I got it 3 weeks ago I've been LOVING it. Playing the games I've always dreamed about. No typa bugs or anything thatd make it "refurbished" it just looks NEW.

it's good no problem battery last long the lenses were clean and polishes and the headset was mostly clean their was a small yellow dot on the top right looked like a stain idk the only real problem they didn't give me a charger buts it's usb-c which I already have a ton of

Works flawlessly

Shipping took the long way, and was late, but the product arrived as advertised. The headset smelled like cigarettes, which was a bit yuck, but replacing the head strap and a little cleaning made it OK. Technically, the product seems to be working great, and it even came with an extra cable.

It came a day early and it was easy to setup the only problem i really have with it is that it only came with 27 battery

This was not my first purchase with Backmarket! but it sure was the first worst experience. BEWARE!!! This seller shouldn’t be trusted. I had purchased an Oculus Quest 2 VR headset from them and it never worked since day one. I open a claim and backmarket asked me to sent back the item for a full refund, which I did shipped back! The seller took its sweet time to answer and when they did, their excuse was “had a problem with our platform”. A week later I notice that they only refunded me $8.45 out of the $352.75 - serious!? They responded 1 week later with “I will create the same promo code that you have used and in the next 24 business hours”. Ah uh!? It was more than 24 hrs! that past and after sending messages after messages, their next excuse was “Regarding your promo code, we are still waiting from an answer of our support team to provide me the correct promo code, please allow us 48 business hours and you will be receiving this through this conversation.” And after “48 Business Hrs” and more days of waiting they responded with “our team was doing our most to speed up the activation of your promo code. Fortunately, we have activated the token for you” Bang! The so call ...
