I bought the excellent condition and it was like brand new. I'm a big fan of OnePlus and have had the 8 regular for about 4 years. Was still going strong, but the battery was getting slightly weaker and had some cracks. For a 5 year old model, the 8 Pro is still superior to the newest phones out in specs and features. Love the fact that a site like this exists.

I really enjoy the one plus however my phone provided doesn't offer them as an option. So I went here. I am please with the product. Works as expected and in near perfect condition.

The quality of the product was fine but the description was incorrect. Was listed as a pro model and I received a non-pro model. Big difference between the two.

Great product, screen appears to scuff a little easily (easier than what I'm used to seeing from phone glass) but that might just be a one-off fluke on my part and a screen protector solves that issue. Otherwise, almost mint condition, works fabulously, can barely tell it's been refurbished!

Just got it today, I was excited to get such device at very good price. However, it is not 8 pro it is 8 also the screen has some serious scratches, it is not notable when the screen is on, but obvious when it is under florescent light. Those scratches might turn into cracks. I rate this experience 2.5 out of 5. will use it and see....

Bait and switch. I wasn't sent the phone I ordered. They promised to send me the correct one after I returned it. Then they said the one they had was too good. Back Market was no help either - simply said I should get a refund and offered me $14.95 for my inconvenience. Very disorganized businesses.

Basically perfect condition, super happy with my purchase and I've told all my friends about Back Market!

Quality was as adverised. However wireless charging was not functional.
