Didn't work. Very beat up, scratched, phone does not turn on, charges and only shows "Google" and then immediately goes black. Shipped in just packaging, no box. Arrived safely but I am more upset I spent all this effort to get a non-functional phone

I was pleasantly surprised when I received what looked like a brand new phone, not a refurbished model. Not a scratch or scuff in the whole unit. I almost feel bad that I only got it for the unlimited photo uploads and that it will sit in a drawer when not being used for that purpose.

I was very skeptical to order a "used" or refurbished smartphone online. Luckily I stumbled upon this wonderful website, and I found a great seller to purchase from. I ordered my phone (Google Pixel) which was categorized in the "Gold" tier; which described my device as having a few scratches on the back of the device, whilst having none on the screen. I received my order quicker than expected, and the phone looks brand new, could have fooled me! If you're looking for legitimate great deals, quality customer service, or a great phone do not hesitate utilizing this website. 10/10 I would definitely go through this website and seller again.

While they ran out of the silver color, a black version was available. That worked out for me because I really wanted the black one to begin with. The phone itself was in amazing condition and I could have easily mistaken it as a new phone. I had an outstanding experience with this purchase.

Awesome. Shipping was fast, moreover I paid next to nothing for this phone. Im fresh off the obama phone and if youre familiar with those anything is a step up. But this Google pixel surpassed even my expectations. The only downside thus far is the battery seems to drain quickly.

The Google Pixel phone I got was in great condition, the phone works fast, which I love, it has good lighting, the charger works great, & it's easy to access & use! So, this phone was worth it & I hope to buy off y'all more in the future!

Skeptical at first but did my research on the campany. Everything checked out so I made the purchase. Litteraly no problems at all. Fast shipment with awesome updates and tracking for the package. Of course one could tell it is a refurbished device but the right case hides everything to make it look brand new. Will get my next phone from back market for sure

I loved my first-generation pixel so much that I was so upset that the motherboard was damaged after having the phone for 3 years and 11 months. I didn't want the Pixel 4a because I been saving up for Pixel 5. I didn't want to spend too much money on a refurbished phone since it would be cutting into my Pixel 5 fund. So when I found this site and that they had my phone I for a reasonable price and one year warranty on top of it included. I was on cloud nine. The phone was graded accurately it came with a screen protector already on it, a phone case, and a charger. It works very well. This is my first day using it and the camera works and the screen is very responsive the fingerprint is also responsive. The battery drains a little fast but that is expected since it is a refurbished 4-year-old phone, but also I am keeping in mind that I am updating all my apps today and everything else. I would get a phone here again. I am excited to use this phone and to keep it as a backup phone in the case something will happen with my future phones. Tahnk you Back Market. Keep up the good work.

I like that there is a lot more storage and that most of my information was able to transfer over very easily. The picture quality is so much better and the different ways to capture photos is really cool. The only thing I noticed more recently is the battery life. It only happened once, but when my phone was around 20%, it shut off as if it was completely dead. I figured it's a refurbished phone so it won't be perfect, but will keep an eye out for any recurring instances.

I bought a bronze rated Google Pixel. It turned out to be a disappointment. Mostly I think because of the Google manufacturing not the refurbishing of the wholesaler. Some of these Pixel phones came from the manufacturer with the same problems I had. Inability to receive calls because of mic malfunctioning, or inability for others to hear. Also, simply couldn't make calls without turning the phone off and then back on again. Furthermore, the audio jack did not output to my stereo. A few things wrong with Pixel that are inherent as part of the system controling certain components of the hardware, I believe. The refurbisher was happy to take it back and issue a refund. They received the package yesterday (postage paid by them) and so I am looking for a refund within the next few days. I think that's nice about the experience. Just be warry of Google Pixel (1st Gen) because it's a gamble with these issues that apparently are unfixable until they just issue a new phone.
