No issues with delivery or product

I received a package without the product in it. Packaging was empty but when I reached out to back market and told them I had been out traveling and wasnt able to open the package when I first received and a certain amount of days past they said there’s nothing they can do smh. This is a terrible thing. I feel like I’ve just been robbed. I purchased this 15 inch screen protector and they sent this little packaging that doesn’t even look like it would fit in there and now I have nothing.

I have not been able to use this. My laptop screen is a different.
