Laptop arrived in great condition, with one difference from the description- I received a mercury white model with the same specifications of the black model I placed the order for. This is not an issue at all for me, and in fact I much prefer this color to the black one. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is that the insurance I bought alongside the laptop may list it as black. I am wondering if this will present an issue.

This laptop was not 1tb! I ordered the laptop in excellent condition and I received it extremely dirty. There were hairs particles all over the keyboard and screen and in between the trackpad. I don't think I'll be buying a laptop on here anymore.

Description of item was accurate. Laptop works great and have a few dings and scratches but I am happy overall.

Laptop came with lots of problems despite being in “excellent” condition. It was returned to be fixed. Then they mismanaged their inventory and reported it returned (it was not) and then they found it and “fixed” it and returned it. But actually, nothing was fixed. Same problems. Will never use this seller again.

Doesn’t let me listen to music or play games and it’s always lagging very disappointing was way over priced wish I can get my money back

First experience with back market and this will be my last. Ordered a laptop in supposedly excellent condition and was sent a laptop with multiple dents dings and scratches on it. Also received the laptop in the wrong color. Was hoping to see if I can get a replacement, but your support team is unresponsive and takes days to respond. I’m just going to return this laptop a request for my money back since I don’t want to deal with you guys ever again. Only good thing I got out of this was that I received return label instantly Swappa and eBay support are millions times better and I’d rather pay a little extra money purchasing from them than back market.

For such a huge discount I expected at least a scratch on the shell or something, but no. It's basically perfect, and I would truly have no way of knowing it was used. Amazing product for amazing price, almost feels too good to be true!
