Well I bought them in fair condition so my expectations weren't huge. It's my third pair of this product from back market. A small grill fell off, it seems to impact the touch features a little. Sound quality and features are mostly not affected, and back market service has always been good. Tread lightly I guess, they're great refurbished products but at "fair" quality they are far from perfect. I will say they're clean and do exactly what it should.

This was the first time I researched tech on this site. It was easy to find the phone devices and compare prices. The transaction was quick, and I even bought Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro because the first experience on buying a phone was so easy. I wouldn't buy tech any other way than refurbished through this site. Why pay retail.

I bought this pair to replace my old pair of Samsung Buds Live (my left one stopped working). These buds were received in good working condition. I will note that there is a little Crack on each bud on the casing (like there were opened, and cracked while getting opened). So far, that hasn't affected anything. The only other thing is I feel like the battery life is not as good as my other pair (the pair I replaced). with all that being said, I am satisfied with my purchase so far. Only time will tell :).

I really like these compared to the off brands I used previously. There are features that are Samsung based making my day so.much better. I use these at work. Only downside was when our e fe out while in the bathroom,however, it didn't fall in!

Said it before and will keep on saying it! Backmarket is my jam! Super affordable with great prices and a damn good selection of great refurbished tech! Thanks for having my back anytime I lose or have a pair of headphones stolen! Though this go around I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, they sent me the pro model version 1 - not the same battery life but just as comfortable and has active noise cancellation so it’s all good! Thank you as always!

I am really impressed with the functionality and sound of these buds. I already have the bud fe, that's why I got these. I use the bud 2 for work and the bud fe for talk in the car because the anc is incredible

I would have given a better review but got a slightly damaged product when I pay for the almost brand new price but got something with some signs of damage. There is a scuff on 2 different sides of this thing but I do love them they sound amazing and they were clean so not to upset

#1 I received 2 pairs, possibly a mishap in my ordering skills. (newbie) not sure what to expect so I didn't return them yet. I'm enjoying the new hands free options and easy listening to music. may upgrade after knowing what I like.

I only ordered "good", but I'm impressed with what I received. Barely-there scuffs on the base of the case, and the earbuds show a tiny rub/scuff from where it makes contact with the case when closed (matching scuff/rub inside case lid). All three sizes of ear inserts were provided and everything was shockingly clean. For the bargain price I was expecting to have to clean & sanitize such a personal item, but it looked great! They function perfectly and sound great. I'm pairing them with samsung devices, so easy-peezy.
