Even though I bought the fair version, the device is in excellent condition and I have no complaints whatsoever. Definitely deserves 5 stars from me!

Refurbished Samsung phone saved my day when my iPhone was only filling me with disappointment. Phone was as described and in working order. No scratches on the screen at all.

I was very unhappy with my Galaxy S6 note because the device came in locked. Even though I was unhappy with the device, I have to admit BLACKMARKET customer service and follow up and second to none, probably one of the best I have seen. I was able to return and purchase another device easily. Thanks again for the assistance

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get my account password reset since a week so that I can return the phone I purchased but I have been going in circle since a week. When I called backmarket customer service, the guy told me that someone will get back in a day. Its been a week now and still no one got back and this is just for the "password reset". What a disgrace. I reason I wanted to return is - when I tried to get the phone activated by AT&T, they said they can't do it because as per the IMEI it is a "company-owned" phone. It looks like some crook stole the phone and sold it on backmarket. I am not coming back to backmarket for sure.

The phone is in great condition. I had fast delivery and pleased with the service. The charger didn't work but other than that I'm very happy with the phone.
