honestly, I didnt expect my Samsung Galaxy 5 pro to be in as good a condition as it is. It looks brand new and the battery is in great shape holding its charge very well. I purchased this watch after a disastrous experience with another brand <carbinox> and I am very impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and overall experience purchasing this watch.

I bought 2 watches recently, one Galaxy watch 5 and a Galaxy watch 5 Pro. One being for me (5 Pro) and the other being for my wife. The one I bought my wife was sold as being in excellent condition and the Pro I got for myself was sold as fair condition. My wifes watch looks and works as if it is brand new. Mine has what looks to be a small bit of glue residue on the bezel, otherwise looks new as well. The pricing was wonderful. Shipping time phenomenal. Communication was perfect. I am hoping I don't have to use it but if for whatever reason I need to warranty one or the other I am confident it will be smooth as well.

I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

Love it! Spent a bunch of time on you tube to really learn how to use it. Blows away the apple watch. It came exactly as advertised if not better with charger. I also love the color and the orange and blue trimming as I'm a Gator fan! Back Market does it again!

I purchased this because I thought the screen was broken on my first watch. It turned out the screen protector took all the damage. The old watch was perfect. I didn't really need a new watch. So now the old watch is my backup. I've purchased 2 phones and 2 watches on backmarket. And I'll keep coming back.

I'm very happy with my purchase! Fast shipping, amazing prices, and considering the level of wear and tear the watch was rated at, it doesn't look bad at all! At first, I was going to return it, as the battery didn't even last till early afternoon, but after the first couple days, it holds a charge excellently. My guess is it did a lot of updates that killed the battery earlier. They sent me a return shipping label immediately though, excellent customer service. Im happily keeping this watch and will get more in the future from Back Market!

This Galaxy 6 watch was received as expected in excellent condition. This is my third watch purchased from Back Market in the last few years and have been happy and completely satisfied with all.
