I bought 2 watches recently, one Galaxy watch 5 and a Galaxy watch 5 Pro. One being for me (5 Pro) and the other being for my wife. The one I bought my wife was sold as being in excellent condition and the Pro I got for myself was sold as fair condition. My wifes watch looks and works as if it is brand new. Mine has what looks to be a small bit of glue residue on the bezel, otherwise looks new as well. The pricing was wonderful. Shipping time phenomenal. Communication was perfect. I am hoping I don't have to use it but if for whatever reason I need to warranty one or the other I am confident it will be smooth as well.

honestly, I didnt expect my Samsung Galaxy 5 pro to be in as good a condition as it is. It looks brand new and the battery is in great shape holding its charge very well. I purchased this watch after a disastrous experience with another brand <carbinox> and I am very impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and overall experience purchasing this watch.

I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

I'm very happy with my purchase! Fast shipping, amazing prices, and considering the level of wear and tear the watch was rated at, it doesn't look bad at all! At first, I was going to return it, as the battery didn't even last till early afternoon, but after the first couple days, it holds a charge excellently. My guess is it did a lot of updates that killed the battery earlier. They sent me a return shipping label immediately though, excellent customer service. Im happily keeping this watch and will get more in the future from Back Market!

This Galaxy 6 watch was received as expected in excellent condition. This is my third watch purchased from Back Market in the last few years and have been happy and completely satisfied with all. I will be purchasing other products as needed. Great company for your electronic needs at an affordable price.

I got mine in the "Good" condition section and looking at it from above no dents or scratches at all, It was a bit dirty on the edges and on the sides so I had to clean that up. The underside however, has some scratching like someone had scraped the bottom of the watch on the table multiple times. Besides the scratches at the bottom, where no one can see anyways, the watch is in really great condition and works really well. Very glad with my purchase.

I was skeptical at first but went with my gut. heard about this site from a co worker and boy he didn't lie. the watch looks, feel and operate like brand new. I will be buying more techs here in the future.

Shipping was fast and on time. The device had zero scratches, came with charger, and works/looks like new. I'm learning to use it and with each thing I learn, the more amazing it is. Thanks for a great product!

Understand that I requested an older version. Soo many updates, but worth it. Minor scratches, it basically looked new. shipping was 2 days earlier.(A+) I have zero complaints!! especially with the price! Purchased this item due to breaking my phone. Having zero assist to the screen. Now with this watch, I am connected to my phone without even touching it. I've learned my lesson 😌 More tech can probably help you save money. lol

watch came in 2 days after ordering, came with a charger and the watch. it was dead on arrival but with a bit of charge it came on. it works perfectly and charges well. I would buy a charger from like Walmart because the charger it comes with feels like it'll snap at any moment. other than that, it works perfectly.
