    I bought a refurbished Segway F65 scooter in excellent condition. I am 95 percent sure it was brand new. I couldn't be happier with the scooter so far. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is I didn't receive the 6 screws I needed to assemble and absolutely no directions to set up. But honestly those issues were easily Fixed and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy through back market. Definitely will be a customer of back market in the future!!!!

    Really good scooter, was basically brand new with minor scratches, but rides really good and is extremely intelligent, be aware that when you first start riding it, the battery will drop real fast as the scooter’s battery management systems adjust accordingly to your riding style and other stuff lol, but after 2 charging cycles you should be able to get around 15 miles of range, assuming average speed of 9-12 mph

    all in all a great scooter reliable minimum maintenance needed to keep it in tip top shape! the throttles are a bit 'sticky' not from any sticky solution but from the plastics touching when they regularly move, I guess in hind sight it keeps you at safer speeds and more in control of the scooter rather than loose throttles.

    I recently purchased a Segway Ninebot S 6358865 Electric scooter as a gift for my child, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon opening the package, we discovered that the wrong item had been sent; instead of the standard model, we received the Segway Ninebot S Kids version. Given that this was a gift, our child was naturally excited and reluctant to part with it, making the prospect of returning the item quite challenging. To make matters worse, the Segway Ninebot S Kids is listed at $90 less on the official website, yet there was no straightforward way to obtain a refund for the price difference through the automated system. Attempting to resolve the issue, I found it nearly impossible to reach a customer service representative. The only available option was to return the product entirely, which was not a feasible solution given our child's attachment to the scooter. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, highlighting significant shortcomings in Segway's customer service and order fulfillment processes.     This Question is Quality of MERCHANDISE, which said EXCELLENT 10 for me 7. No AIR in front tire, Low in rear. BRACKET around rear wheel NOT fastened tight & R Light occasionally blink's on & off. NO FASTENER on handle bar to keep Control Arm SECURE so HOVER1 can be MOBILE & control arm has play in it; from wheel to handlebar.
