I recently purchased a refurbished pair of headphones (excellent), and I am thoroughly impressed! The quality is exceptional, indistinguishable from a brand-new pair. Just a heads up, this item does not have a microphone built in. it is meant for listening to a TV or stereo system. The sound is amazing but with no mic as advertised is useless to me. Please fix the headline on the product so more people aren't deceived.

Great sounding headphones. I found them easily on BackMarket, the price was great and they came quickly. What’s not to like?

Yaaas! Received February and they still work flawlessly. Best decision to purchase from Backmarket. I can be rough on my electrics with my job and the they have been able to withstand my day to day ventures.

Two things I cannot recommend enough: Sennheiser headphones and backmarket refurbished electronics. I spent quite a bit of time researching which ANC set would suit me best and decided on the PXC 550-ii. (Sound guys and RTings both have very useful tests and explanations for rating ANC headphones.) At 165, I have a headset with hi fidelity audio as well as impressive noise cancellation. This is my first noise cancelling set. I was a bit disappointed at first but after doing research I learned that with current tech it’s really almost impossible to cancel beyond 60db. So, in a louder environment, you will notice it seems further away and quieter, but you will still hear what exceeds 60db. Low end hum almost completely annihilated by this set; higher hz audio still tends to pass through more. But, as someone with sensory difficulties, my quality of life has improved a lot by wearing these almost every waking hour. I’ve purchased a few times from backmarket for cellphones, in ear headphones, and now over ear. Each time I’ve been very happy.

I am seriously enjoying these headphones! It required a few days to acclimate/burn in, aided by an aftermarket cable upgrade. Very, very nice sound in a comfortable and lightweight product. Maybe better than my HD 580, although I don't have them in hand. They are an interesting phone to have along with HiFiMan Sundaras. Very happy to have not paid new list price!
