On the positive side, the headphones sound great and arrived super quick. On the negative side they were listed in excellent condition and have significant wear and cracking on the cushions and will not charge and the charging indicator light is broken which is quite misleading and frustrating as this is not "Excellent" condition, and because it wont charge, is broken!

Came on time, in great shape/condition. It felt brand new! Going on two weeks and no complaints, very happy with this purchase!!

This was my first time ordering a refurbished product from Back Market. The quality exceeded my expectations. I purchased the Stallone version and there were no scratches or any signs of being used. They also came with the authentic Sony protective case. I have owned these headphones for a few months now with light usage and have no issues with them. I would recommend these to anyone looking for these great set of headphones and don’t want to pay full price. The shipping was fast and customer service is excellent. One of the cords were missing and customer service offered a solution that worked for me.

Got these on Wednesday (6-3) and was a little skeptical at first, but so far I'm loving them. The reason I was skeptical was due to buying something refurbished in the first place and I never used blackmarket before, but a majority of those worries are gone. When I received the package it was well secured in a plastic aired wrap of some sorts. Kudos to the shipper. It came with the original packaging you would get if you bought it brand new which was also nice! I had to charge them for 3 hours when I took it out of the box, but thats what Sony recommended and I haven't had to charge them since! So that means battery works perfectly fine! Audio and quality is really good as well, I still want to compare them to a brand new XM3, but I can't complain. I've also been using them to game on my Xbox so that's a plus. Only downside to this is the microphone on the headphones and this isn't the shippers fault it was a problem people brought up to Sony quite a lot. But besides that I'm loving these headphones. Hopefully they keep the same durability down the road.

Arrived sooner than I expected and worked better than I could've imagined. The headphones themselves have great sound quality that is highly customizable through the app, with the only downside being it seems you can't do any EQ over a wired connection. The battery life is as good as advertised in new headphones, and the charge time is just as fast. And as for the standout noise cancelling, this is the most impressive feature, as I can barely hear anything when listening to audio at even low volumes. Build quality was great too, with no scratches or dents. It's only been about a month I've had these refurbished headphones, but they've worked good as new since I got them. I will come back and edit this review if my experience changes with these, so far, amazing headphones.

This product seemed brand new! Had all original shrink wrap and instructions! Shipping was also very fast!

The product came in perfect condition. There was a shipping mishap but the seller was very quick to respond and helpful. Would buy again from them anytime.

Came on time, tracked, and well packed. Was a gift to replace previous generation and he loved them! Wouldn’t have noticed they weren’t brand new.
