Its in very good condition almost perfect for a refurbished phone and its not slow either the only problem, small yet major.... The tray to insteret the sim card dosnt close one of the sides dosnt worn so it ejects it and phone turns off. Still very good tho.

Surprised at the quality and build of this phone for the price. Looks great and the performance is awesome. The delivery was fast and the phone was as described. This is my second purchase from this company and I would definitely recommend them!

The phone was indeed in mint condition, flawless. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference from new if not for the fact it ( mint condition ) was stated in the description when purchasing. In terms of the packaging, it was packaged as if it was brand new and included all of the original accessories that appear to be new ( ? ). The phone is outstanding and I am extremely happy with my purchase !

Needed an unlocked phone to port landline over. Shipping was a bit of a bear, but pandemic, sooo. Customer service was great with communication, once I initiated it. All in all, I'll probably order from backmarket again in the future.

The phone was in perfect condition and works wonderfully. It shipped from Canada and arrived early while being well wrapped. The vendors were super responsive and I got frequent updates on my phone's shipping status. I highly recommend back market. I saved almost $200 on my phone by using this site and vendor. Since everyone , has there own ideals about , what is quality, for myself. This product has Great looks, the quality is excellent , I wouldn't expect anything less from Sony. The Xperia is showing great quality and service. The Back market is an excellent phone selling service. The kept me update when, UPS, didn't deliver my product and when the weather delayed my order also.. I would by from them , but use another shipper , than UPS.

Unfortunately the phone did not work. It appeared in excellent condition but after I charged it, it would not turn on. Checked the internet to find a solution and found that many people had this problem with the Sony Xperia. The customer service at Back Market is excellent and it was nice doing business with them. Will definitely be back.

The phone is great. Only issue, if that, is the phone got here in the middle of the delivery window, not the first day. Amazon got me spoiled. Good service though, will recommend.
