When the tv arrived the image was weird but after it did a pixel clean it was perfect, tv seems a little bent but that hasn’t caused any issues yet the oled panel seems perfect I really wish I could check the hours on it though but I can not due to it being a euro tv but I got it for a great price so I am happy with my order for now.

65QNED85UQA was not what they sent me. I received a 65QNED80AQA which is a cheaper lower grade model without the features I paid for. There was also a dent and loose screws not indicated by an EXCELLENT condition listing. The dent/screws weren't such a deal breaker for me if it was the correct model. This item is very large and unweildy so repacking and returning is very difficult for me. I'm still waiting for resolution on this from Backmarket, as I was sold a different model. They need to furnish the item I paid for or refund the price difference of this incorrect model.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good condition it was, and it was very easy to set up.

The TV screen went black 10 days ago. I attempted several times to contact this company; each time, I was unsuccessfully linked to Asurion. Today, I finally was able to communicate with two representatives from Asurion, only to find out the company doesn't have an online presesntation with Back Market. Of course, I have to call a separate number. This is disappointing and angering. This whole experience has left a sour impression of this company. It's so very difficult to get help (despite Our Help Center is here for you!) or contact actual B. M. representatives. Up until this awful, frustrating experience, I would have posted a glowing review. Now I'm posting I'm never doing business with this company again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR!!! I bought a LG C2 OLED TV and was given a LG A2 OLED from Brazil. I guess they think their customers are stupid enough to not read the label on the back of the TV. It doesn't have 120hertz, HDMI 2.1 and other features the LG C2 has. I CANNOT use any American apps on this TV like Netflix..... I cannot change the country origin on the TV and everything is in Portuguese which I do not speak. This is my first and last purchase on BackMarket and was really exited because I found a new site with affordable electronics. I cannot trust BackMarket products and I'm not sure why they charge quality assurance fee if there's no quality assurance being done.

Well, when I first bought this TV, it was marked as excellent condition and I paid for it as an excellent condition so I should get it as an excellent condition. Either that or at least should get a partial refund for that. The remote wasn’t for the TV. The TV was missing some of the screws for the mount, and the TV has dead pixels on the edges of the display. All three of those things do not make a product excellent condition that is a fair condition. Not even a very good condition.

Delivery went well

I just got the tv delivered yesterday , and already having problems. The tv will stay black screen even when it is on and is slow to turn on. sometimes it wont even turn on. when i finally got it set up, i tried switching to a different. input for my apple tv and the screen just stayed black. VERy very dissapointed in this purchase as i was very excited to get a new tv
