The price was my biggest decision maker when I bought this Surface pro 3. But, I am very impressed with the quality of the Surface Pro 3 along with the customer service from your company! Very bad. The Surface overheats a lot, sometimes doesn't even turn on properly, and makes a weird noise. I didn't return it only because I live in Portugal and the return would be too expensive. I was disappointed with the quality of the product. I expected it to have been better tested before being sent. I wouldn’t buy again under these conditions.

The device was bad and they were unable to send me a replacement so I got a refund. Now all replacements are more expensive than the one I purchased. I chose the device in “excellent” condition. Very disappointing

Surface Pro 3 arrived within estimated delivery time. Great for being used and as fair condition. Loaded up with Ubuntu and got myself a Linux "tablet". Thank you!

Hello, I am happy with the BackMarket service but am somewhat unhappy with the device. The edges are too angular and sharp, making it uncomfortable to hold. I will mainly be holding the Surface for reading, so I need to be able to hold it for long periods. Do you have any suggestions for cases that eliminate this, or are other Surface models more rounded like iPads and Kindles?

the surface pro worked well on day 1. it has not worked since. it shut down for low battery, but it won't charge. it is useless and I will be returning it immediately. I don't know who refurbished it, but they didn't get it right. I am so disappointed. 😔
