Very nice mid-range webcam. The framing and mic sound quality are pretty great, and the camera is pretty sharp. I am comparing its functionality relative to my Logitech webcam from early 2000s, and you can definitely tell that this tech has gotten much better.

Overall, I'm happy with my Logitech C920 Webcam. It works fine, and the resolution is incredible. However, I have to address an issue--this is the second piece of equipment I've received through BackMarket that has arrived with minimal packaging. The cam was slipped inside a Ziploc bag (the cord wrapped around the cam) and then placed inside a padded envelope. That's it! I have pics, but there isn't an option to upload. For such a sensitive piece of equipment, I want to see more effort to protect it! This inadequate packaging was also used when I received my Mac mini 2 from them. Though both arrived undamaged (as far as I can tell), it doesn't inspire me to keep taking that chance with them. Do better, BackMarket!

Overall, it's a reliable, high-quality webcam that provides excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

The product was well wrapped, is in excellent condition and is working perfectly! Insanely good deal on such a high quality webcam. I really needed this for work, so I'm very happy!

The seller sent me a much lower class camera than this one. I was supposed to get the Brio UHD 4k, but got the brio 300 instead. Several levels lower in quality. Even the 300 they did send didn’t work properly, during teams calls it would randomly shut off. I was able to get a full refund, but this bait and switch turned me off on ever using this seller again.

Was sent a 1080p camera, just like with few other reviews, instead of what was listed. Wasted time having to return it, money was stuck for few days and seller didn’t even acknowledge the mistake and try to make it right. The very first purchase in back market was a bad experience, but will give it a try again due to good customer service.

I will let you know as soon as I get someone to help me with the install, Having some problems getting through the vinyl siding. The product at first glance looked brand new and set up seems to have gone great.

The device was ready to be plugged in and worked immediately. The quality of the camera was exactly as promised. The webcam was a little dinged, but only in superficial ways.
