Seller sent the original Microsoft Surface Headphones instead of the Surface Headphones 2 as stated in the listing. No photos or description to indicate the exact model being provided and only found out once connecting to my phone and using the Surface app on my Surface Pro 6. Overall lukewarm first use of Back Market. Shipping was fast however!

The product came in great. I was worried at first because the box itself looked torn up. But over all the headset works great, the only issue I run into with it, is the mute button. For some reason in order to mute and unmute my mic I have to continuously press the button multiple times until it finally mutes/unmutes. Other than that no complaints!

I had ordered a light Microsoft headset with mic in mint condition from this company at the end of last month. They shipped a totally different headphone, a heavy X box headphone with a broken(!) mic that was clearly already used! They did not contact me to ask me if they could send me a different headset instead (I know this is possible since I had ordered a mouse from a different company on here at the same time and they didn't have the correct color so the other company emailed AND texted me before shipping the different color - same condition- to check with me if it would be OK. MUCH better customer service) I reported the wrong headset company and they replied back really fast telling me to ship it back to get a refund, which I did right away ... I am still waiting to get the refund. I asked them about it and after several (!) days they finally replied that they have not received it. I feel like they did in on purpose so they can scam people: advertise an item, ship the wrong AND broken item on purpose, ask to ship it back and then claim they never got it back. I should have looked at their rating and reviews first to know tho stay away from this "company"
