My Xbox console arrived quickly with the controller and an HDMI and power cable. The console was clean and worked well. I was pleased with my purchase. I traded in an older console and the process went very smoothly, a shipping label was provided and I received my trade in value within a week.

The xBox itself was in great condition and is working perfectly. I will say that the controller that came with was used and was not in great condition, and the left stick of the controller has a good bit of forward drift even when not being engaged.

Console runs a little hot, but not enough to truly cause a problem. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I will say you can't beat the price + functionality guarantee. You can get lower prices, but without the certainty of function or quality. Plus coming ready to play with the controller d extra hdmi cord is just great customer service

As usual, my order arrived days early. Although the Xbox console was pristine and in better condition than I had expected, the Xbox controller was a mess. The battery compartment was clogged with corrosion. It's of little consequence, though. I have other controllers. Overall, good job, BackMarket.

The xbox one x was in very good shape works pretty good and perfect everything was box up really good I like backmarket I recommend to anyone or anybody it's very good buying refurbished items for good price

After the first order was apparently defective, the replacement order I got was also inoperable. It was unable to restart despite multiple resets and extensive troubleshooting. Clearly these refurbished consoles are defective, or they are not safely packaged/transported. I will be shopping elsewhere for a console.

I'm not sure how an item in excellent condition could have been any better. It arrived well-packaged and in excellent time. The controller received was better than expected as well, and was ready to use as soon as setup was complete on the Xbox. No regrets from this purchase at all.

I've noticed a lot of reviews about bad controllers, but I haven't had any issues at all. Everything is in great working order and looks brand new... thanks for a painless process and great service.

I'm disappointed, but not surprised. I paid like 400$ for an Xbox One S, and when you turn it on, the graphics look like sand paper. It's wild. I also ordered my phone from there though, and it's fantastic.
