Console runs a little hot, but not enough to truly cause a problem. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I will say you can't beat the price + functionality guarantee. You can get lower prices, but without the certainty of function or quality. Plus coming ready to play with the controller d extra hdmi cord is just great customer service

My Xbox console arrived quickly with the controller and an HDMI and power cable. The console was clean and worked well. I was pleased with my purchase. I traded in an older console and the process went very smoothly, a shipping label was provided and I received my trade in value within a week.

I'm not sure how an item in excellent condition could have been any better. It arrived well-packaged and in excellent time. The controller received was better than expected as well, and was ready to use as soon as setup was complete on the Xbox. No regrets from this purchase at all.

Item came great! I just ordered the wrong item. Maybe include the year the product was released in the description

Got this to replace my original xbox one. Works great so far, clean and doesn't make noise. Will be ordering more from Backmarket

It would’ve been 5 stars but the my controller won’t stay connected. But other than that, good product, great transaction, fast delivery.

Just received the Xbox my son is already downloading and playing games! So it’s safe to say that my children love it and it’s working just fine.

Items arived pretty quick, A few scufs here and there controler was a bit dusty and dirty overall 8/10 P.S bought in excelltet
