I got the earbuds in the "good" condition, and while the case is a smidge scratched up with one noticeable nick if I run my finger across the case, the earbuds themselves are in more than good and even excellent condition, they're FANTASTIC! They pair perfectly with my Galaxy S23, all they needed was an update. They look cool, if a bit big for my small ears, but the silicone tips are a fine fit, just the outside makes it hard for them to stay snug in my ears, but it's impossible to tell in online photos, so no one's to blame here. My first pair of Samsung wireless earbuds, refurbished and in like-new condition, for under $80 total! Someday I'll see if I can order my first Samsung smart watch here.

I have had many successful orders with BackMarket, and they may have just lost me as a customer. I bought this iPad 6 months ago, it worked great until it was locked because apparently the original owner financed the device and stopped making the payments? The finance company locked the device, they consider it "stolen" and BackMarket customer service has been stringing me along for 5 days with no resolution. I can't get in to wipe my personal data off the device to do a return for refund because it is locked by the finance company! WTH.

Product was delivered with no scratches or marks. Would buy again

Buds work, so yeah. Case is chewed on by a dog and has either makeup or fingernail polish all over it. So, meh.
