Unfortunately I messed up when I bought this laptop. When I received it I turned it on and used it for maybe 10 minutes. I hadn’t left for school yet so I had no use for it as I had my other computer that I mainly used. My mistake was not using it more. After the return period was up I went to school and started discovering some flaws. The battery life is trash. I have to keep it plugged in constantly. My other gripe is that one of the touchpad keys you click with is kinda loose so it doesn’t always click when you press it. Annoying when I don’t have my wireless mouse with me. I just regret not sending it back when I had the chance. My fault for not looking it over better. But definitely surprised for it being labeled as “very good”. Probably Wouldn’t buy from them, would rather go straight through manufacturer refurbished, pay a little more but have the confidence of a good product.

Experienced some weird stuff with the sound. Had to look up support for not having sound for no reason. I fixed that and now it still kind of bugs after disconnecting a heaset from the audio jack.This thing runs great and does all that i need it to do. Will defintely look to buy more products from this seller.

The laptop came looking great and setup was easy. The first 2 weeks though, my screen did go black and it asked for a reboot a few times. It also started showing pop ups stating that I need a new version of malware and windows. For the price though, I'm happy with it so far and I can download newer versions of windows and the malware down the road.

The computer is nice and really fast! The battery was not healthy so I brought it up to the seller and they took care of it for me. I would definitely trust this company to stand by the products they are selling and will look to them again when I need equipment.

I reported that I had error message and the feedback wasn't clear. I was told to download some free repair software. When I asked how could download anything when the laptop was locked, I didn't get any response and it's been several days.

Back Market is amazing and I would recommend it to friends. However I got a bit disappointed with my purchase because it says it was “excellent condition” when I bought it, but when I received the laptop we can tell it’s a “good condition” product, since it has scratches and it wasn’t very clean (unfortunately it was kind of sticky and it even had a piece of green thing that looked old dry lettuce stuck on the screen). I’m not picky at all just wanted to relate my experience. I had the laptop for one day so there’s not much I can say about the performance. It seemed a pretty fast machine from the little I saw when I turned it on to check. I bought it to use for my masters assignments, so I needed something fast and easily portable. Looks like it will serve its purpose well.

I got exactly what I ordered and it was shipped the evening I ordered it. I haven't had any issues and the laptop has seen moderate use since the day I received it.
