The laptop looks great. Works great. Minor scratches. My biggest complaint is that the company sent me the wrong charger the hp chromebook 11 g5 ee takes a pin like charger. They sent me a USB C. I tried the USB C on another device and it didn’t even work. So even if the laptop took a USB c charger it wouldn’t have worked anyway. Nothing at all was done to resolve this issue.

Works fine so far. Bought for my kid and he loves it. I too believe in refurbished product to minimize waste and it serves it purpose

Very satisfied of the physical condition the item was in. In terms of performance, it is adequate for daily activities that does not require heavy processing power. The only downside of this particular Chromebook is the lack of future updates since the device is outdated and requires you to purchase a newer Chromebook. (Booo) All in all, it gets the job done.

they say if you have an issue with your merchandise,and go to your account and report an issue,they will contact you within 24 hrs we'll that's not true because I've left about 5 or 6 messages in my account about an issue I have with my screen when I turned it on half of the screen had lines on it and I haven't heard from them yet.

The quality was non-functional, not "fair." I didn't care as much that the screen was scuffed physically, but it glitched out at least a few times per minute making it unusable. It was so unbelievably slow to load during the moments the screen worked. Returned.
