    I know I'm behind on my upgrades. I had a 360 for quite a few years and just finally upgraded to an Xbox One S and I'm very very happy with my purchase. I've very buying things from. Back Market for years and have always been 100% satisfied 😌.

    The DualShock 4 I received was in excellent condition — looks untouched and functions perfectly. The controller was lighter in weight; the two-tone color was different which I was initially skeptical when I saw it was the CUH-ZCT2E model (a European region SKU). After some research, I confirmed it’s a legitimate Sony variant, just regionally different. No issues with performance or compatibility so far. Just a heads-up for others who might be surprised by the model number and weight — it’s still the real deal.

    The joy con controllers work great but they did not come in the color that was shown/listed as, and they did not come with the wrist strap attachments that were also pictured/listed with the controllers. Backmarket customer support was quick to help and got the missing parts issue resolved. Glad I have an extra set of controllers now, bummed they didn’t come with the part, but happy with the solution

    i bought these for my boyfriend and he LOVES them. i was gifted new ones a few years ago for christmas and my bf has had his eyes on them ever since. once i found them on here i knew it was time to gift him his own. they were midly scratched but work fine, im just happy there were no complications. it was missing the right charger but its fine since it's type-c, a pretty easy cord to find :)

    The joy cons just arrived and don’t seem to have stick drift but there are major signs of wear on the analog sticks rubber tops and theirplastic base is chipped, also the controllers paint is worn. For “excellent” condition the dirt/rust on the controller was very obvious even though it’s so easy to clean as a distributor. Only saving grace is they work but not worth paying more for excellent
