The phone was in good condition, and I am satisfied with the purchase overall. I have talked to support to replace the battery approaching within the year. They were easy to get the process started for me to send my phone in for battery replacement.

The good the battery is still in working condition two years later and lots of wear and tare bad news the battery is horrible, full charger from 10% takes about 45 minutes Overall not bad for the price.. I would purchase again

I would never have known that this was a refurbished phone, it is in such great condition. I am thrilled to have gotten so much for this price! Very very happy and would highly recommend. I'll definitely search here again when I need a new phone.

This is my second Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I now have two Note 9 phones in use. This second one looked new. No scratches, marks or anything. It works perfectly. It was unlocked as described. Very pleased with condition and shipping. Will purchase from Back Market again. Fantastic experience.

This is the third phone I’ve gotten from BackMarket and it won’t be my last. I have had bad experiences buying refurbished phones in the past so I was hesitant, but I’m so glad I ordered. All three phones have worked great, looked better than we expected and arrived fast. 10/10 would recommend!

I was seriously skeptical at first since this was my first time buying a refurbished phone but went ahead and ordered two for my daughter's and they truly are like brand new.. There isn't one thing wrong with them from what I can tell.. It's been over a month now and they still work like they're brand new.. I also paid the extra $20 for faster shipping and they were delivered within 3 days.. I will definitely be doing more business with this company...

I really appreciate Back Market because I was able to purchase an updated quality phone for a reasonable price. I received my Samsung Galaxy S9 within reasonable time and the extra checking in with me from the beginning of my purchase until I received it is a plus 👍 customer service. Another reason I really like my phone is because I feel spoiled with so many things I can do. I keep it in dark mode because the graphics are so beautiful and the sound volume especially for movies and music when I use blue tooth are nice. The finger print, iris and face recognition for security are great! Im still having fun learning about this phone and much more. By the way I also purchased a leather phone wallet and the Samsung Galaxy s9 looks great in it. I'm convinced even more after the TV infomercial and purchase. I have recommended Back Market to family who loves my phone even with the different conditions. I would love to purchase a phone in the future from Back Market again. I needed to upgrade from my iPhone 6S to something new, but not the newest. Nobody I knew had ever used BackMarket, but they looked professional and has good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. The seller and website are easy to work with because all the details are clearly displayed so you know what device you’re getting. My iPhone XR arrived in bubble wrap and in the condition stated on the description! I really appreciated how they do a student discount as well. I ordered my IPhone 8 Plus on Saturday before Christmas and received it on Wednesday as promised.I fully expected a holiday-week delay but the phone arrived on time. The phone was in excellent condition with no scratches except maybe on the edges. The phone works great and I’m extremely pleased in every way with my experience with Back Market.
