    Everything was awesome, touchpad on it wasn’t the greatest but we got some wireless mouses and then perfection! We are going to be using them to do our school work!! Definitely will order from them again

    Not a Backmarket problem. Vendor sent me a 315, not a 715. Way worse in everyway. Had to verify with CoG hardware was wrong. As of two days after delivery, I am still waiting on an answer of how things will be fixed. Will update with outcome.

    Cov er was not glued over realcover, poor. No cord, will send in days, 3 weeks later no cord. Excellent??? No. Try Amazon refubished for better deal and real value.

    I ordered 3 chromebooks. One never worked. The other the pad doesnt work at all. I emailed the company and realized it was a bot email. I was forced to download the app in order to contact the company. When I message them they take 1 to 2 days to respond. Its outrageous unfair and unnessesary. They are out of New York which is not my state . I just want my money back.

    Well, this one is somewhat on me, as I should have taken heed to the warnings about this device and its finicky charging port. Sure enough, the device I received has an issue with its charging port. It occasionally charges, but mostly it doesn't, and if I use another micro-USB charger, it only charges at "low power," so I cannot simultaneously charge and use the device. If that wasn't enough, though, I have attempted to contact the seller regarding the device and potentially returning it for a reimbursement of the purchase cost, and I have not yet heard from them. First communication was sent on 04/02, the day the item was delivered, to request assistance on getting the device to charge. No response. Subsequent communication was sent on 04/04 to request instructions on how to return the device. Nothing. A third communication was sent just moments prior to the drafting of this review, so we will see if I will receive a response in the next day or two. Overall, I am very displeased with this product and, at the moment, the refurbisher. This may all be assuaged with a reasonably timely response, but as of now, I am disappointed. I concede that I may not be giving the refurbisher much time to respond, yet when offering a product that, by its very nature, raises consumer suspicions about its reliability, a sensible approach to consumer inquiries would present with an expedient response. Not days, but hours, at best.

    I placed an order and for weeks I did not get my order, I sent several messages to the seller and they never responded, thank God for the customer service Rep from back market that I spoke with, (Mariana) who had to send a message to the seller and put in for a refund as I requested. It was my first time and I almost got discouraged. But for the Rep I will try again.
