My iPhone came in awesome condition I am so glad I made this purchase and honestly I was a bit scared to buy not going to lie, but I trusted some of the reviews and I am so thankful I was able to get a perfect quality iPhone and the color that I always wanted I upgraded from an XR and I’m so glad I did! I got this watch at a great price! No problems with it! It was in very nice condition and came with a charger and band for it! It works amazing and I highly recommend buying your used and refurbished products from here. I bought my MacBook Air from here last year also and have no issues with it, this is the only place I will continue to buy my Apple products from!

I ordered this Google Pixel 8 Pro for my daughter and the phone is basically new! There are no signs of wear or use at all and the function has been excellent! I have purchased 4 phones thru back market and there is no going back to overpriced new electronics, there is just no reason to!

I love my Motorola one 5g ace. it's a fantastic device came to me fast was better than expected. no complaints at all... except for one, but it's a complaint about myself... I neglected to purchase a rugged case with tempered glass for my ace and now my Ace has a shattered face. but that's my bad, not yours.. I'll be back shopping soon. but I'm very happy to say I did buy 2 years of extended coverage through you guys. This MacBook is everything I wanted with out having to break the bank. An excellent economical choice. The unit is clean and very powerful. I run several audio platforms at once. Cubase is running far more reliably than it had on my lap top. Rendering in Spectralyers is much faster. Everything has been tremendously easy to install. I am happily satisfied with this purchase and with the experience with Back Market. They have what I need at great prices. Will do business again!

Good quality refurbished watch. Way cheaper than buying new. Battery life is at 99% which isn’t bad at all and only a few minor scratches on outside for the “fair” version. Well worth the price even still has hardware warranty until next year from Apple which was shocking to see. Great 10/10

Genuinely, I have nothing bad to say. I was very unsure of this purchase to be honest. I have purchased refurbished products in the past and never had problems from Apple or Samsung, but I haven’t purchased from Back Market before. And honestly, I am impressed with the quality for the price. It was about $240 cheaper than a refurbished phone from Samsung of the exact model. I chose the “very good” condition and it has only two visible “scratches or dents” and they would not be seen with a case on and they were very minor. I feel happy with the purchase and confident that I will use Back Market again. Thank you Back Market for your service and if I do have any issues, I am happy I have a year warranty that came with my purchase!
