At this point I would say this company is a SCAM and BUYERS SHOULD BEWARE. I have ordered two iPads from Backmarket. BOTH arrived completely different colors, significantly less storage & much older models than what was paid for. I am waiting for a resolution but expect that my only hope will may be to reject the charges with my credit card company. So disappointing.
