The device arrived as expected and was in excellent condition. So far, we have not had any issues with the new device and it is working as expected. This will be the 4th device I've purchased from Back Market and I've been very satisfied with every purchase, including this one. One thing I would note though, when we received the new device and power cord with block, the block did not work correctly and would not charge the device. Fortunately, we had another Samsung block already, and it worked to charge the phone just fine.

The ordering process went super smoothly. The phone was just ok. There were quite a few dings on the edges of the phone and around the rear facing camera. The screen had a bunch of micro scratches and one that looks like an eyelash is stuck to the screen. The phone works well other than the screen is not very touch sensitive, so I have to type and swipe very deliberately. Over all pretty good for the price

Ordered priority shipping, did not come within the time frame specified, was refunded for that! When my phone came in, was given the wrong storage size of 256gb instead of 512 gb. The support team was extremely nice in handling my situation but I can't lie I was a bit frustrated with the entire experience.

Ordered good quality phone. Phone looks great the only issue is the fuzzy sounding speaker whenever audio plays. Sounds like shit honestly but I’m not returning the phone.

"Cell fix experts" are not really experts at all. I ordered the iphone 13 pro max in supposedly excellent condition and they sent me one with scuff marks all over, a dirty hole at the top, the cameras scratched and scuffed, and the screen slightly cracked at the top. On top of that, the phone heats up very fast. Additionally, they sent me a charger that does not even fit in charging port. The packaging was terrible. They put the phone in an oversized box with no additional support to the phone. Not even bubble wrap. They also just threw the wrong size charger on top so it could scratch up the phone some more. Terrible service. Do not trust this seller.

i ordered excellent condition nd it had scratches on the screen itself left magsafe residue on the back, 91% battery capacity but i’m grate

They lied about the condition of the phone I ordered. It had really bad cosmetic issues and they attempted to cover it up with a cheap screen protector. I asked for excellent condition. I've bought Androids from Backmarket that were in better condition than the mess they sent. Then they charged me for not sending back the charger, which I actually did, so I definitely won't be buying from this seller ever again.
